  • This website (SARAB) is a website / mobile application specified for display, wholesale and single sale for individuals and companies.
  • Whereas Sarab is presenting different goods and materials instead of merchants, suppliers and agents and it is done according to an agreement between Sarab & merchants, suppliers. Any person wants to buy any of these goods, this purchase process must be done according to the following conditions:
  • The buyer acknowledge that he shall use this website / mobile application in a safe way without any mess.
  • The buyer acknowledge that he has viewed the presented goods on the website / mobile application and he has also viewed the specifications of the goods.
  • The buyer must pay the value of the goods as soon as the approval of the specifications and the acceptance of the goods.
  • The value of the goods must be paid either by credit card or by direct transfer from his personal account through the bank that he deals with.
  • The buyer can pay the value of the goods by transferring the amount using exchange companies.
  • The buyer has the right to pay as soon as the delivery of the goods.
  • The buyer does not have the right to receive the goods unless he pays the value completely.
  • Any Product Or Service which is not in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations whether federal, state, local or international including the laws of UAE shall not be offered by the seller to its Customers through the services.
  • The buyer has the right to return the goods within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The seller is committed to deliver the goods to the buyer according to the phone number & address which he puts on the website / application.
  • Sarab Guarantee that the buyer will get direct guarantee of the sale from the producing merchant / agent / supplier and the distributer.
  • The seller is committed to deliver the goods according to the terms of packaging and the instruction which are provided with the product.
  • The seller is obligated to pack the items and deliver them to the buyer in a safe situation that reduces the risk of damage.
  • The seller is committed to get all the documents and permits regarding the items.
  • The seller has the right to provide the guarantee according to its policies.
  • The seller ensures the continued after sale services (maintenance) if the product need it.
  • The buyer must follow the instructions of the items and the method of the use.
  • The guarantee and the maintenance are considered to be cancelled if it is proven that the buyer used the items in a bad way or violated the terms of use which led to damage of the product.
  • The goods will not be replaced it if it is proven that the buyer used the product in bad way which led to damage of the product.
  • The prices of the items are not stable and it can be changed from time to time according to the seller including the sale tax.
  • If the product is returned in good way, the buyer is obligated to return the value of the items within 5 days as maximum.
  • The value of the products must be returned by the same way of the payment.
  • In the case that the quantity of the products has finished in spite of its availability on the website / application the seller must apologize for the delivery and he should put a new date as soon as the new items arrive to the stores and the seller must also renew the period of the delivery and the price can be changed also.
  • The seller can repack the items in new envelops or boxes and he can also resell it.
  • The buyer can refuse receiving the products in the following cases:
  • 1. If the product was damage at the time of delivery.
  • 2. If the product does not pack according to the conditions.
  • 3. If the product does not meet the conditions which it has hereby bought it.
  • 4. If it is proven that the product is imitator.
  • The buyer must acknowledge that the ownership of the products still in seller possession until the approval of the payment.
  • In the case that the products are outside the country, the buyer must pay the costume fees.
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
  • We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return the product. See our Return Policy for more details. You may cancel your order within 12hours prior to receiving our order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be canceled after receiving our electronic Order Confirmation email.   • Return Policy
  • If the product is returned in good way, the buyer is obligated to return the value of the items within 5 days as maximum. The value of the products must be returned by the same way of the payment.
  • Refund Policy
  • Refunds for Online Payment - If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it normally processed and credited within 15 working days for your financial institution to reflect the credit back on your account. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day your refund is processed.
